Dr. Shauna Reddin is a Clinical Psychologist registered in Prince Edward Island who works with adults (16+). Her areas of expertise include mood and personality disorders, caregiver stress/family challenges, adult ADHD, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
Therapy
Dr. Reddin has been described by colleagues as validating and consistent. She aspires to be affirming, accessible, and intersectional, and is passionate about finding the right balance of evidence-based techniques and personalized approaches for each unique client. Her own interests include pottery, paddle boarding, science fiction, and animals of all kinds.

Dr. Reddin is skilled in mental health, personality, and ADHD assessments. She is currently focused on providing Adult ADHD assessment but believes in a comprehensive approach, and sees assessment as a therapeutic tool for improving insight and increasing and self-determination.
